• cooking a nice Curry from scratch - Chicken Jalfrezi — YUM!! #
• Hot wok - olive oil, cumin seeds - 2 mins #
• red pepper, green pepper, onion, ginger - 6 mins #
• mouthful of Green King IPA #
• @HarryLyme it is - yum! #
• garlic was also added #
• 1 tablespoon of Jalfrezi curry paste #
• if anyone wants the recipie - DM me #
• 1 teaspoon of each : Coriander, hot chili powder, ground cumin #
• add chic #
• oh bugger - forgot to buy tomatos!!!!! #
• just ran out & brought some tomatos - recovered (and set a new land speed record in the process) #
• added mushrooms #
• also cooking whole grain rice #
